Bright tropical citrus and pine hammers the palate and makes you stand up straight! Clean malt finishes dry. 8.0% ABV, 100+ IBU

 Pedro El Negro (Cascadian Dark Ale)

Pale ale malt and a dose of specialty grains, blasted with huge hop flavor. A blend of several different hops capped with massive dry-hopping contribute to this complex brew with a crisp dry finish. An aggressive IPA with a dark twist.

7.5% ABV, 76 IBU

Audacious Mongrel (West Coast Red)

A crazy, bold mix-breed that dares to be different. Elements of an amber ale with a heavy hand of hops! Perhaps a red IPA? Citrus and pine complement layers of caramel that finish nice and dry. 6.4% ABV, 55 IBU 


Traditional Belgian farmhouse ale made with a classic yeast strain that contributes authentic flavors from the countryside of Wallonia. Finished with Sorachi Ace.    6.6% ABV, 26 IBU 

Foregone Conclusion Pale Ale (APA)
Clean malt and complex hop flavor and aroma from 100% CT-grown Cascade hops from Pioneer Hop Farms. A classic pale ale. 5.5% ABV, 45 IBU

Velvety chocolate goodness! A hybrid American/sweet stout dry-nibbed with TCHO organic cacao nibs from Ghana. 7.0% ABV, 36 IBU

Empirical Evidence (Imperial IPA)

Juicy, hazy, citrusy and dry!   8.1% ABV, 85 IBU

Clavin (RyeBlonde Ale) 
Refreshing preview of summertime! Rye, wheat and honey malt (not honey!) feature prominently in this smooth, easy-drinking ale.  5.2% ABV, 22 IBU

The Kuwame (Session Saison)  
Traditional light Belgian farmhouse ale often served to farm workers in the fields. Occasionally infused with apricot!   4.5% ABV, 19 IBU 

Black Rocktoberfest (Marzen)

Our take on the traditional Oktoberfest/Marzen style, rich and malty, fermented on the cold side with a clean Cal Ale yeast strain, then lagered for weeks before serving. 5.5% ABV, 22 IBU

Turbidity Lucidity (American IPA)

It's clearly hazy! This smooth, juicy IPA started with a turbid mash and ended with a triple dose of dry-hops. Bursting with citrus. 6.0% ABV, 60 IBU

Cosmic Siesta (American IPA)
Crisp and tropical, generous additions of Galaxy hops and Mosaic lupulin powder dominate the flavor and aroma profile. 6.6% ABV, 50 IBU

The first in a series, a single malt-and-single hop (SMASH) beer made with pale ale malt and Mosaic hops. Bready malt balances tropical fruit and citrus notes.

Divine Sublimation (Belgian Golden Strong)
A strong, smooth devilishly delicious beer that may have the ability to sublimate matter. Fruity, spicy and effervescent. 9.0% ABV, 27 IBU

Non-traditional IPA with a Pilsner malt base. New Zealand and citrusy American hops contribute complex fruit character. Bright golden, citrusy and dry. 6.7% ABV, 65 IBU

Pierce Ale (American Brown Ale)

Nutty and smooth with hints of chocolate and light roast. Made with 100% CT-grown Cascade from Pioneer Hops of Connecticut.  5.4% ABV, 28 IBU

The Southern Cross (White IPA)

Light, biscuity and dank wheat-based IPA with hints of citrus.    6.2% ABV, 65 IBU

Gray Matter Ale (Grisette)

Light, quaffable farmhouse ale historically made to quench the thirst of miners after a long day's work underground.    4.5% ABV, 29 IBU
